An estate comprising 50-acre pine woodland, which is easily accessed from one of the drives and paddocks.  The woodland has both cleared areas which are large enough to build a reasonable set, and also more dense parts.  Alongside the woodland there is also a beech avenue, and there are three paddocks which can be used for filming, unit base/parking.

Additionally there is a Victorian stable block with four original stalls, coach house for two coaches with hayloft and grooms’ room upstairs, plus a couple of sheds/outbuildings in the surrounding area.  The exterior of the estate house is available to film by negotiation only.
